Processing of personal data of children

Our website is not intended for children under 16, and we do not process their data.

Scope of personal data processing

 When you contact us through the Website, you may be asked to provide certain pieces of your personal information.  This may include:

  • Your first name and your last name,
  • contact address,
  • telephone number,
  • email address.

Purpose of processing

We use the data you provide us with to contact you and provide you with the requested information or to make a reservation and complete the accommodation contract. All personal data is processed lawfully and transparently; only adequate, relevant, and necessary data is required.

 Our contractual requirements are that you provide personal data for the purpose of the contract and to answer your questions or provide information requested by you. Failure to provide these may result in not completing a contract or not providing an answer to your questions.

Who has access to your data?

We, as the administrator, will process your data.  For the abovementioned purposes, we will transfer your data to MYJO, s.r.o. (the company operating the reservation system Rezekipchalup.cz) to process it on our behalf.  Personal data may be transferred to:

  • External accountant
  • Processors who provide the Intermediary with server, web, cloud or IT services.

Processing Period of Personal Data

We will process your personal data for the duration in which we provide you with our services or fulfill our mutual contract, or for the period necessary to fulfill archiving obligations according to applicable legal regulations, such as the Accounting Act, the Archiving and Record Keeping Act, or the Value Added Tax Act.

Your rights arising from the processing of personal data

Concerning our processing of your personal data, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access to personal data;
  • Right to rectification;
  • Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”);
  • The right to restrict data processing;
  • The right to object to processing;
  • The right to file a complaint about the processing of personal data.

You can exercise all your rights by contacting us at smilelandinvest@gmail.com. You can also file a complaint with the supervisory authority, the Office for the Protection of Personal Data (www.uoou.cz).

The right of access means that at any time, you can request our confirmation of whether or not personal data concerning you is being processed, and if so, for what purposes, to what extent, to whom it is made available, for how long we will process it , whether you have the right to correction, erasure, limitation of processing or to raise an objection, where we obtained personal data and whether automatic decision-making takes place based on the processing of your data, including possible profiling.  You also have the right to obtain a copy of your data, while the first provision is free of charge, for further provision the Intermediary may demand reasonable payment of administrative costs.

The right to correction means you can ask us to correct or supplement your data at any time if it is inaccurate or incomplete.

The right to erasure means that we must delete your data if (I) it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed, (II) the processing is unlawful, (III) you object to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate reasons for the processing, or (IV) we are required to do so by law.

The right to restriction of processing means that until we have resolved any disputed issues regarding the processing of your personal data, we must restrict the processing of your personal data so that we can only store it and, where appropriate, use it to determine, exercise, or defend legal claims.

The right to object means that you can object to the processing of your personal data that we process for direct marketing or reasons of legitimate interest.  If you object to processing for direct marketing purposes, your personal data will no longer be processed for these purposes.
