Arrival

The standard check-in time is from 3 p.m. For accommodation before 3 p.m., please verify by phone with Mr. Neckář at +420 777 240 925. Please arrange your arrival time at the Palmbaum Residence with the manager by phone (preferably 1 day before arrival). The manager will be expecting you at the agreed time. They will hand over the keys to the property, collect any refundable deposit (security deposit), register you in the guestbook (necessary administration), and provide you with all the important information to ensure your stay goes smoothly.

PLEASE REMEMBER THAT THERE IS NO 24-HOUR RECEPTION IN THE PROPERTY. ACCOMMODATION IS PROVIDED BY THE MANAGER, WHO WILL BE WAITING FOR YOU AT THE AGREED TIME. PLEASE ADHERE TO THE AGREED CHECK-IN TIME!

During your stay, you can contact the administrator by phone for:

• Technical issues in the accommodation premises

Departure

If not arranged otherwise with the administrator, the standard check-out time is 11:00 a.m. The administrator will arrive at the property at the appointed time, return your deposit, if applicable, settle any additional services ordered, and inspect the accommodation premises in your presence. We kindly ask you not to consider this activity a lack of trust but a routine matter. Thank you for being so understanding, and we wish you a safe journey home.
